Where do I register?
You will register on the day of the conference. We will announce the link to the ZOOM meeting 1 hour before the scheduled time, on the conference page. When you click on the link you will have to fill out your information to enter the meeting.
How much it cost?
The virtual MWS Conference is FREE.
What time the conference starts and what time it ends?
Here’s the the conference schedule. Each speaker will have 1 hour to present the topic. We estimate 2.5 hours total for each session.
Note that the times displayed in the schedule are in US Eastern Time (New York time). To find out your local time use the world clock converter.
Will there be translation to other languages?
The conference will be presented in English. Simultaneous interpretation/translation to Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian and German will be available during the live conference. The conference will be recorded in English and released on YouTube later.
Note that if you want to listen on your language you must attend it live.
Who can watch the virtual conference?
Anyone. Please invite doctors, caregivers, family members, etc.
Where do I watch the virtual conference?
Our virtual conference will be hosted in a ZOOM Meeting. We chose this platform to allow families to also see each other.
Do I need to install ZOOM on my computer/device?
Yes, please follow the guidelines below. ZOOM is FREE.
How do I join the ZOOM meeting?
On the day of the event, 1 hour before it starts we will post the link to the ZOOM meeting at the conference page on our website. Just click on the link and you will be prompted to enter your information in order to enter the room. For security, we will only let in people with full registration completed.
Can I watch it on my phone?
Yes, you can watch it from your phone (must install the ZOOM app), however for a better experience we recommend using a computer.
Are the presentations going to be recorded?
Yes, the presentations will be recorded and posted on our YouTube channel later, in English.
