Samuel was born with ACC, Hirschsprung’s Disease, 2 VSDs, Kidney Reflux, hypospadious, and gastoric volvulus (twisted stomach).  He had a pull through surgery to correct the Hirschsprung’s disease on February 7, 2005.  He had a surgery to correct the gastoric volvulus on March 21, 2005.  He had surgery to correct the Hypospadious on January 3, 2006. Fortunately, his kidney reflux healed on its own.  Samuel will soon be evaluated at the Children’s Hospital feeding clinic to help find the reason for persistant gagging on different textured food.  Developmentally, he is still unable to roll over completely and is still unable to sit up unassisted.

Samuel is a very happy boy and is always smiling and laughing.  He is such a joy to be around.  We are so blessed to have him
